Privacy Policy

WPBL Images Privacy Policy:

At the checkout:  WPBL respects each client's financial privacy and will not disclose your information at any time. A reminder, the print option is offered via Pixieset Fullfillment, and payments are safely processed through a third party, PayPal. You will recieve an invoice upon payment, and one when order is shipped. 

Any discrepicencies with payment, problems at checkout, or issues with your payment method, please send an email describing your issue asap to: contact.wpblimages@gmail.com. A reply will be sent within 24-36 hours. You may also call (401) 823-5011 Su,M,Tu,Th 9am-3pm (unless otherwise advised).

In the Gallery: Per each client consult and during collection of photo shoot specifications, it has been made known to and acknowledged by each client, that the galleries are viewed over the web. However, WPBL Images has a privacy policy in place to protect each client's individual privacy. See policy outlined below:

Privacy: WPBL Images respects each clients privacy, and wants to assure each of you, our privacy policy is strictly enforced.  The galleries settings are set to assure each client their individual privacy. There is no public sharing, downloading or right click copying.  This will not change. However, exceptions to this, include changing the viewing settings on photos in your gallery, per a written, signed request of the client, and approval of the photographer/owner with outlined terms of changing the privacy settings of your gallery photos ONLY.

Note: Any access change will be temporary for a period of 24-hours, per WPBL Images, unless otherwised agreed upon. However, your image privacy settings will remain in affect unitl change is authorized by you, the client.  (For details on how this works, access this url: https://help.pixieset.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003594152).

The above link will explain the process of securing additional privacy, which will be set by you, the client, for those images you wish not to have public views. WPBL Images will assist in this process. Guests are those who login with their email address as password, and are able to purchase public photos. Inquiries call (401) 823-5011.

If you feel your privacy has been violated via unauthorized shared photos from your gallery displayed at wpblimages.pixieset.com, via right click, or other method mentioned above, please email WPBL Images asap: contact.wpblimages@gmail.com or call (401) 823-5011. You will be required to submit a written statement with the nature of the violation, and the images you feel were falsey shared via your client gallery showcased by WPBL Images on Pixieset.com.
