Terms of Service

WPBL Images Portrait Studio offers affordable family, individual, children, or group photo sittings. Portraits will be uploaded to a gallery once edited, with a package price list available for client purchase. Special requests for print options can be discussed at consultation or prior to sitting.

Terms of Service: Sitting fee is required at time consult, or prior to sitting. Fees are determined by the following: group size, location (studio or local location [approval per wpbl safety policy], timeline for delivery, and per photo shoot specials advertised. Payment can be by cash, check or credit card (Square payments).

Portrait packages will be available, and can be adjusted to suit clients photo needs prior to sitting. Fees are paid at checkout and include local state tax. Delivery processing begins 5-days after payment is processed. 

Travel prints are sold per the print style offered, and payment is at the checkout. The same delivery terms apply.

Refund Policy: Refunds for goods damaged in shipping, image quality, and upon the review of the photorapher for both the portraits or travel prints. Returns applying to products damaged in shipment must be submitted with notice, damage, cost, and invoice number for WPBL's review.  It is WPBL's policy to ensure your total satisfaction, so returns must be sent and processed for refund within the first 7-days of receipt of your order.

However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please send email to contact.wpblimages@gmail.com or call (401) 823-5011 for the return process within the first 7-days of receipt of your order. This will include reason for disatisfaction, and invoice number for review and damage control.

Note: Damaged and/or unsatisfactory products must be returned prior to refund payment; email a receipt as proof of product return shipment to: contact.wpblimages@gmail.com.   Returns: P.O. Box 629, Coventry, RI 02816. 

Safety Policy:   Client safety is always a consideration; therefore regarding photo shoots outside the studio location, such as at a beach, shoreline, park, zoo, or garden WPBL's safety policy will be enforced. The location must be safe for client as well as photographer, and will be given reveiw prior to setting up the photo shoot. Safety policy requires full disclosure of photo shoot location, and WPBL's photographer will review the location as safe. While in the studio, safety will be addressed and policy enforced.

Studio safety policy: No animals, or other pets, no smoking. or drinking, and props also must be noted in client consultation and approved by the photographer. NO EXCEPTIONS

Client Safety: *Minors MUST be accompanied by a parent / grandparent or legal guardian for photo sittings. **Any client with handicap needing special accomodations please inform at time of consult.
